A sustentação da impossibilidade de investigação direta, bem como da presidência das investigações por parte do Ministério Público, traduz-se em buscar subterfúgios e meandros legais para se almejar o afastamento das apurações penais do órgão maior interessado no sucesso delas e legítimo representante e defensor da sociedade, que tem como uma de suas finalidades precípuas proteger e manter a paz social. O insuficiente argumento de que a Carta Magna apenas permitiu ao Ministério Público requisitar diligências investigatórias e a instauração de inquérito policial está centrado em análise cega e isolada da Constituição, focando-se apenas em um dos incisos do art. 129, sequer dando-se ao trabalho de estender um pouco mais a leitura.

Sustaining the impossibility of direct investigation, as well as the Public Prosecution Service's chairmanship of investigations, translates into seeking subterfuges and legal intricacies to aim at removing the criminal investigations from the largest agency interested in their success and legitimate representative and defender of society, which has as one of its primary purposes to protect and maintain social peace. The insufficient argument that the Brazilian Magna Carta only allowed the Public Prosecution Service to request investigative investigations and the initiation of a police investigation is centered on a blind and isolated analysis of the Brazilian Constitution, focusing only on one of the items of art. 129, not even bothering to extend the reading a little further.
