Cremos que não deveria haver, no âmbito federal, um único Conselho, e sim vários. Assim, teríamos um Conselho para os Tribunais Regionais Federais e as Seções Judiciárias que lhe estão vinculadas; um para os Tribunais Regionais do Trabalho e as Juntas de Conciliação e Julgamento; um para os Tribunais Regionais Eleitorais e os Juízes a eles subordinados; um para os Tribunais e Juízes Militares. Junto aos Tribunais Superiores e ao Supremo Tribunal Federal funcionaria um só Conselho. Na esfera estadual, cada Estado-membro teria o seu Conselho, assim como o Distrito Federal.

We believe that there should not be, at the federal level in Brazil, a single Council, but several. Thus, we would have a Council for the Brazilian Regional Federal Courts and the Judicial Sections that are linked to it; one for the Brazilian Regional Labor Courts and the Conciliation and Trial Boards; one for the Regional Electoral Courts and the Judges who report to them; one for Military Courts and Judges. Together with the Brazilian Superior Courts and the Federal Supreme Court, a single Council would function. At the state level, each Member State would have its Council, as well as the Federal District.
