Resumo
O respaldo das decisões judiciais não pode mais depender da força que lhe dá, quando assim quer, o governo. A decisão judicial, se a Justiça for forte, justa, será respeitada por si mesma, pela força moral de seus juízes.
Abstract
The support of judicial decisions can no longer depend on the strength that the Brazilian government gives it when it wants to. The judicial decision, if the Justice is strong, fair, will be respected by itself, by the moral strength of its judges.
