Resumo
O problema da sentença injusta, que se situa na linha das relações entre o direito e o processo, é, sem dúvida, um dos mais relevantes da teoria geral do processo e mesmo da teoria geral do direito. Por isso, então, nos dedicamos a discorrer neste artigo a respeito deste tema tão negligenciado na doutrina brasileira.
Abstract
The problem of the unjust sentence, which is in line with the relationship between the law and the process, is undoubtedly one of the most relevant in the general theory of process and even in the general theory of law. Therefore, we dedicate ourselves to discuss in this article about this theme so neglected in Brazilian doctrine.
