Resumo
Alinhamo-nos entre os que acreditam que a maior parte das questões trazidas ao foro, especialmente ao foro federal, são causas repetitivas, nas, embora diversas as partes e seus patronos, a lide jurídica é sempre a mesma.
Abstract
We align ourselves with those who believe that most of the issues brought to the forum, especially to the federal forum, are repetitive causes, in which, although different parties and their patrons, the legal dispute is always the same.
