Resumo
Uma das reformas mais discutidas há 28 anos - desde a Comissão Mattos Filho, do governo Collor - e jamais concretizada é a reforma tributária. Dois são os objetivos desejados pela população e pelos especialistas com a implantação desta reforma: a redução do peso dos tributos e a simplificação do sistema, porque quanto mais burocratas, mais complicados são os sistemas.
Abstract
One of the most discussed reforms in the past 28 years ¿ since the Mattos Filho Commission, during Collor's government ¿ and never implemented is the tax reform. There are two goals that the population and the specialists wanted with the implementation of this reform: the reduction of the tax burden and the simplification of the system, because, the more bureaucrats, the more complicated the systems.
